EPISODE 1

Biophysical Tools for Biotherapeutic Development: From Binding Affinity to Manufacturing Stability

Wednesday, May 21, 2025
11:00 AM - 11:30 AM EDT | 8:00 AM PDT

Join us for a four-part webinar series on biophysical tools for biotherapeutic development. The series starts with an introduction to key methods including Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), and Rheology. Subsequent episodes dive deeper into each tool's application in drug design, development, and manufacturing. This series aims to equip researchers and professionals with essential knowledge to advance their work in biotherapeutic development.

Episode 1 of the series will cover:

  • A brief introduction to
    • Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC)
    • Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)
    • Rheology
  • The importance of each measurement in drug development
  • High level overview of related applications
