EPISODE 4

Thermal Stability Screening of Oligonucleotides using Differential Scanning Calorimetry

Wednesday, July 9, 2025
11:00 AM - 11:30 AM EDT | 8:00 AM PDT

Join us for a four-part webinar series on biophysical tools for biotherapeutic development. The series starts with an introduction to key methods including Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), and Rheology. Subsequent episodes dive deeper into each tool's application in drug design, development, and manufacturing. This series aims to equip researchers and professionals with essential knowledge to advance their work in biotherapeutic development.

Episode 4 of the series will cover:

  • Principles of differential scanning calorimetry
  • What thermal stability is and why it matters
  • Insights into how sequence, length, formulation and concentration all play a critical role in nucleic acid stability
