Therapeutic Oligonucleotide Analysis from Plasma & Tissues Samples using OligoWorks SPE Kits

Please fill out the form to access the on-demand webinar now.

As the pipeline for synthetic oligonucleotide therapeutics continues to expand and diversify, the challenge of obtaining robust bioanalytical data efficiently has become more pronounced with sample prep representing the most significant source of variability.

To address this challenge Waters recently introduced automation-friendly OligoWorks SPE (Solid Phase Extraction) Kits to facilitate oligonucleotide extraction from biological samples for quantitative LC-MS analysis. In this webinar, Waters application development scientists will present new HRMS full scan data on plasma samples, as well as HRMS and Tandem Quad data from liver samples, and discuss method variables that can be optimized to achieve higher recoveries.

Key learnings:

  • How OligoWorks SPE sorbent is tested and qualified for oligonucleotide recovery
  • Optimization parameters for HRMS/ MSe data capture and analysis
  • Tissue processing procedure and optimization parameters to maximize recovery and eliminate clogging
